The reason why I came to Japan and Jissen

To study abroad and see a wider world has always been my dream since I was a kid, so I chose foreign languages as my major without any hesitation. In addition, Japan is really mysterious to the world and has a very close relationship with China, which ultimately led me to decide to learn Japanese. At the end of last term, my university provided us with the opportunity to study in Japan for one year, and that was when my dream came true.
Coming to Japan not only allows me to improve my Japanese but also lets me experience Japanese culture firsthand. Japanese people are amazing. They create a good living environment, enhance their lives with high-quality products and advanced technology, maintain proper eating and fitness habits, resulting in a long average lifespan. They also preserve and develop attractive traditional culture.
Moreover, Jissen is a great university with a long history. It has provided me with many profound classes, such as Gender Theory, as well as various activities, allowing me to deepen my understanding of Japanese society and what people are currently striving for, which is very interesting to me.
